Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during launches, restocks, or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Mochi Paws Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mochi Paws Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mochi Paws Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen afterward. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.

Weather Disclaimer

Extreme temperatures may affect wax melts during transit. Once a package has been shipped, Mochi Paws Co. is not responsible for heat-related melting or weather-related issues.
